APL-based flexibility analysis of manufacturing grid

With the characteristics of diversity, randomness, concurrency and decomposability, tasks in manufacturing field are very complicated, and so manufacturing grid(MG)should have considerable flexibility to deal with this problem. With the definition of node and arc, MG structure is converted into a small-world network. Given construction cost constraint, the problem of shortest task waiting time is transformed into the constrained optimization problem, and a corresponding flexibility analysis model based on average path length(APL)is proposed, and the premise of arc-length and node-distance are defined. The results of application example show that the analysis model is effective.  相似文献

大型复杂项目的网络不是多个子网的简单叠加,而是分层的空间结构。本文运用复杂网络理论和方法,构造了大型复杂项目空间网络结构的三元组模型,并定义了空间网络的联接运算与收缩运算;然后对子项目关联系数、子项目关键度指数、活动关键度指数及求解算法进行研究,由此可以从项目层次、子项目层次和活动层次分析大型复杂项目的空间网络结构特征,并提出针对性的管理策略。案例研究表明,本文提出的空间网络结构及网络运算可准确描述大型复杂项目的网络结构,同时通过分析网络特征可提出有效的项目管理策略。  相似文献

Validation and profile of Chinese pre-service teachers’ technological pedagogical content knowledge scale

Researchers state that teachers in different contexts reported different technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK). This phenomenon may partially be explained by cultural differences. Based on this consideration, the development and validation of the Chinese pre-service teachers’ technological pedagogical content knowledge (CTPCK) scale is described in this article. The sample was split into two subsamples on random basis (n1 = 229, n2 = 207) for the purpose of conducting (1) exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and (2) confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), respectively. After the EFA, the CTPCK scale excluded six items and included eight factors with 42 items. Reliability and correlations were discussed. The findings revealed that the CTPCK scale was a valid and reliable instrument for measuring the TPACK of Chinese pre-service teachers’ knowledge with or without linking educational technology.  相似文献

近十年,大批高职院校在中华大地上涌现,由于高职教育理论、教学模式、教学方法准备不充足,各院校都在摸索中前进。经过近十年的实践与探索,产出了一大批高职教育研究成果,这些成果在高职院校的教育教学中,还没有得到广泛应用,很有必要以某种形式在高职院校中推行,让新的理论与方法在应用与实践中升华。高职教育作为整体,目前存在着许多难以克服的困难和问题。研究如何应用最新研究成果,形成中国特色的高职教育体系、理论框架和实践模式,是全体高职人面临的新课题。如果在这些课题研究中有所进展、有所突破,中国高职教育一定有望成为世界典范。  相似文献

Embryogenic calli were induced from the seeds of creeping bentgrass (Agrostis palustris Huds.) cv. Regent and colonial bentgrass (Agrostis Tenuis Sibth. Fl. Oxen.) cv. Tiger. The embryogenic calli were precultured on fresh medium for 4–7 days and then co-cultivated withAgrobacterium tumefaciens, LBA4404. which contains plasmid vector-pSBGM harboring bar coding region, synthetic green fluorescent protein (sGFP) coding region and matrix attachment region (MAR). After 3 days of co-cultivation, the calli were washed thoroughly and transferred to MS medium containing 2 mg/L of 2, 4-D, 12–15 mg/L phosphinothricin (PPT) and 250 mg/L of cefotaxime. After 2–3 months of selection, the actively growing calli of ‘Regent’ and ‘Tiger’ were transferred to MS medium with 12–15 mg/L PPT and 250 mg/L cefotazime for regeneration. The putative transformants were maintained on MS medium with 3 mg/L PPT for long period but control died within 1 month. After establishing in greenhouse, the transformants also showed strong resistance to 0.4% of herbicide Basta but control plants died within 2 weeks. Under confocal microscope, both young leaves and roots showed significant GFP expression. PCR analysis revealed the presence of a DNA fragment of GFP gene at the expected size (380 bp) in the transformants and its absence in a randomly selected control plant.  相似文献
